Salman wins $10,000 DOW SISCA 2012 Award!


Graduating PhD student ​Salman Inayat has won $10,000 DOW SISCA 2012 Award for his PhD project "Thermoelectricity from Windows for Energy Efficient Building". 2012 Dow Sustainability and Innovation Student Challenge (SISCA) award recognizes and rewards graduate students for their research in developing sustainable solutions to pressing global economic, social, and environmental issues. SISCA encourages innovative thinking, economic and social responsibility, academic excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration. 

Salman has published his work in ICT/ECT 2012 - highly competitive and the premier conference for world thermoelectric community as well as his work will be published in Nature Scientific Reports.
