​Sally's paper titled "Solid State MEMS Devices on Flexible and Semi-transparent Silicon (100) Platform" is accepted at MEMS 2014! Over the past twenty-five years, the IEEE MEMS Conference series has been the flagship annual event of the MEMS community. This paper is reflection of Sally's MS thesis work where we have reported fabrication of MEMS thermal actuators on flexible and semi-transparent bulk silicon <100> substrate.  the fabricated thermal actuators exhibit similar performance before and after bending. Congratulations Sally et al.
