​Prof. Hussain has been invited to fourth Arab-American Frontiers of Science, Engineering, and Medicine symposium from 5th to 7th November in Masdar Institute of Technology, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The upcoming symposium is held in partnership with Masdar Institute, New York University Abu Dhabi, Khalifa University and Petroleum Institute. It is also made possible thanks to the support of the National Science Foundation (NSF) and The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
In 2015, Prof. Hussain was invited to the third Arab American Frontiers of Science, Engineering and Medicine, Saudi Arabia organized by US National Academies​ and US NSF. This year, US National Academies have received hundreds of outstanding applications from the Arab region and the United States. Only a small fraction of the applicants have been invited to participate. Congratulations on being selected!
