IDEA Lab organized a workshop on Designing Future Electronics in Saudi Design Week 2016. PhD students Joanna Nassar demonstrated how household materials can be used to build low-cost DIY electronics and Marlon Diaz showed the application of 3D printing for crafted electronics. The workshop had nearly 25 participants. Afterward, MMH delivered an inspiring talk about future of electronics which was attended by more than 50 participants. This is the first time, electronics took stage along with fashion and interior design!
